• All bank data accessed through Plaid is read-only. We cannot initiate transactions, move funds, or modify your bank accounts.
• Plaid access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption, an industry-standard encryption algorithm.
• Data retrieved through Plaid is used exclusively for bookkeeping and financial management purposes related to our real estate development projects.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Bookkeeping: Reconciling financial transactions and maintaining accurate records for our real estate development projects.
• Project Management: Tracking project finances, budgets, and expenditures.
• Investor Communications: Providing investors with updates, reports, and relevant correspondence about projects and their investments.

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and is encrypted at rest. We implement the following security measures to protect your information:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive data, including Plaid access tokens and financial information, is encrypted at rest.
• Role-Based Access Control: Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel based on their role.
• Multi-Factor Authentication: Administrative accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your data only with the following service providers, who are necessary for operating our platform:

• Plaid: For secure bank account connections and financial data retrieval.
• Cloudflare: For website hosting, content delivery, and infrastructure services.
• Resend: For sending transactional and communication emails.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
